This Privacy Policy explains how Wellbee App, LLC (“Wellbee”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our mobile applications, websites, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”), and when you contact our customer service team, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us.
Before using the Services or submitting any Personal Information to Wellbee, please review this Privacy Policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions. By using the Services, you expressly consent to Wellbee’s collection, use, maintenance and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Services.

If you read nothing else, please read this:
- Information about your health, wellness, fitness, diet, and personal habits is private. We understand the responsibility of protecting the privacy and security of this information and will do our best to uphold this commitment.
- We collect information on your usage of our Services to improve the app. This policy is not intended to place any limits on what we do with usage data that is aggregated or de-identified so it is no longer tied to a Wellbee user.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties for any purpose.
Personal Information We Collect
The categories of personal information we collect depend on how you use our Services and the requirements of applicable law. We collect information that you provide to us, information we obtain automatically when you use our Services, and information from other sources such as third-party services and organizations, as described below.
Information You Provide to Us
You provide us information about yourself when you register for and/or use the Services. The information you may provide includes:
- Account Information: Name, email address, age, gender, and account preferences
- Health and Wellness Data: Physical characteristics (including height, weight, areas for improvement), fitness level, health goals, wellness preferences
- Activity Data: Food preferences, meals and exercises you log, wellness activities, progress tracking data
- Content: Photos you take or upload for profile avatars, AI instructions (text or pictures you input as AI prompts), responses to our conversations and assessments
- Communication Data: Information you provide when you contact us with problems or questions
Information Collected Automatically
We may collect personal information automatically when you use our Services:
- Device Information: Internet protocol (IP) address, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, browser or device information, general location information (including approximate location derived from IP address and time zone), Internet service provider, device type, operating system, device settings, device identifiers, and crash data
- Usage Analytics: Information about how you use our Services, including actions performed, features accessed, session duration, and other usage patterns

HealthKit and Health App Integration
For iOS Apps: If you use our Services on an iOS device, we may collect data from the iOS Health app and/or HealthKit, including date of birth, height, sex, weight, heart rate, sleep data, respiratory data, blood oxygen levels, and workout information (collectively, “HealthKit Information”). This data is covered by this Privacy Policy and will only be collected if you choose to provide it. Users are not required to share this information and may opt out by not granting permission when prompted.
For Android Apps: If you use our Services on an Android device, we may collect similar health and fitness data from Google Fit or other health platforms you choose to connect, subject to the same privacy protections as HealthKit data.
Information We Collect from Other Sources
We also obtain information about you from other sources, including:
- Transaction information from third-party app stores you use to install our app or purchase subscriptions
- Name and contact information from third-party calendar or fitness services you choose to connect
- Information from social media services if you create or log into your account through such services
- Information from publicly available sources, marketing and advertising partners, consumer research platforms, and business contact databases
How We Use Your Information
We may use your information for the following purposes:
Provide Our Services
We use your information to fulfill our contract with you and provide you with our Services, such as:

- Providing access to certain areas, functionalities, and features of our Services

We may share limited personal information with third-party advertising partners for personalized advertising purposes. However, we do not share health and fitness data with advertising partners.
Special Note on Health and Fitness Data
Health and fitness data collected through our Services, including data from HealthKit, Google Fit, or other health platforms, will only be used for providing health, wellness, and fitness services in connection with our apps.
This data may be used to:
- Help you review and track your health and wellness progress
- Optimize personalized plans and recommendations
- Provide insights and analytics within our Services
We will not disclose health and fitness information to any third party without your prior express consent, and then only for the purpose of providing health, wellness, and fitness services. Health data will not be used for marketing, advertising, or use-based data mining, including by third parties.

Age Limitations
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use our Services or provide any personal information. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the integrity and security of your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information you provide to us. We have implemented appropriate safeguards and require our third-party service providers to maintain similar protections.

Data Retention

You may delete your account directly through app settings or by contacting us. Upon a deletion request, we will permanently delete your personal information from our active systems, subject to certain legal retention requirements.
